In early 2016, Ukraine laid out its ambitious plan to take the Torino Process to 25 regions, including the city of Kyiv. The country achieved what it set out to do.  Progress will be shared at the upcoming Torino Process  conference in June. Before we get there, let’s back to where it all began.
